Narrow escape for Germany at the death

The defending world champions were at the verge of being dumped out of the world cup but a last minute magic kick from Toni Kroos has given them a lifeline and put their destiny in their own hands.
Sweden took the lead in the first half and after the break the Germans equalized from a goal from Reus and Kroos did the last magic at the death .
They now have just to win Japan and hope Mexico drops Sweden points for them to qualify..
The Germans are quite not done with the world cup yet .
